Registration
Note:
Children must turn 5 years of age between January 1 and
December 31, 2009.
Proof
of age (birth certificate), CARE card and a copy of the
student’s immunization record are required. “Proof of
residence” is also required for students with no siblings
in a District school. Suggested documents are:
• tax assessment notice • proof of purchase (home) •
mortgage papers
• rental agreement
Registration Priorities for all
Students:
1. Catchment area children who attended the school
during the previous school year (not applicable to K
registrations).
2. Non-catchment area children who attended the
previous year (not applicable to K registrations).
3. Siblings of continuing students.
4. Feeder school students (not applicable to
elementary schools).
5. Other catchment area students.
6. Non-catchment/in-district students.
During the School Year
Monday to Friday our office
hours are 8:30-12:00 and 1:00 -3:30. Registration forms are
available at the school. All registration forms must be
submitted to the school after completion to be date and
time stamped. If we are not available please leave a
message on the answering machine or contact us through
email. We will be glad to accept your registration pending
available spaces.
